CANCER:   

Best days overall:  3-4-13-14-21-22-30-31

Possible financial windfalls and opportunities come to you.  Just go about your daily business and prosperity will find you. A time of happy money.  You earn your money in enjoyable, fun kinds of ways.  You have great financial confidence now.  You might get a bit too speculative during this period, but you seem lucky.  Speculate according to your intuition, not automatically (and avoid speculations from the 9th to the 11th.)

You now have the favour of bosses, parents and the authority figures in your life.  They support your financial goals.  Even the government seems favourably disposed to you now and if you have issues here it would be a good period to deal with them, from the 20th onwards.

You have energy and charisma.  You get things done in a hurry but can be impatient.  Rush is your main danger.  This can lead to conflicts temper tantrums, injury or accidents.  Avoid impatience.

Health should be wonderful now.  You look great.  You are active and energetic and the muscles and physique are toned. 

Love is still under review.  You should see big improvements in this area from the 20th onwards.  Love happens as you pursue your work and financial goals – or with people involved in these areas.

LEO:

The month ahead is happy and prosperous, one of the best in your year, Leo.  Enjoy.  There are so many nice things happening we don’t know where to begin.  First off, during this month and the next you are in a period of maximum independence and personal power.  You can shape and mould your life to your specifications.  You can (and should) have things your way.  Your happiness is up to you.  If you haven’t yet made the changes that you want to make, now (and August) is the time to make them.

Things, good or bad, have to happen internally before they can happen outwardly.  These internal things are happening until the 22nd.  After the 22nd the internal expansion will manifest outwardly.  Spend the early part of the month on your spiritual practice, the results will be seen later on.

Money and opportunities pursue you.  You can’t avoid it.  Financial windfalls may happen.  Friends bring financial opportunity.  Online activities prosper.  You spend on yourself you dress more prosperously and look the part.  This draws other financial opportunities to you.

Love is a bit challenging early in the month, after the 22nd there is great improvement.  You look great for a start – Leo always has star quality, but in this period more so than usual.  You are strong and energetic, with great magnetism.  The opposite sex takes notice.  It is the energy you exude that creates the charm.  People are ultimately more attracted by a healthy energy field than by purely physical things.

Foreign travel and involvement with foreigners are present this month.  Perhaps a foreign friend or associate is coming to stay with you.  This is a wonderful aspect for college-level students.  Schools are seeking you rather than vice versa.

VIRGO:

Overall health and energy are much improved over last month.  The 19th and 20th are a little stressful but this is a short-term issue.

Love is bittersweet this month.  Love and social opportunity are present.  You and the beloved are very far apart – physically or psychologically.  You have opposite perspectives on things and you can’t seem to agree on anything.  It will take much work to bridge your differences, but if you do, love will be better than ever.  In astrology, the opposite is the natural love partner.

There is another issue in love too.  You and the beloved are both more self-willed these days.  Each of you wants your own way.  Each feels he or she is right.  The right way is somewhere in the middle.  Even better one time you lean in his or her direction, another time he or she leans in yours.

Speaking of self-will, you’re in a period of increased personal power and independence, which is growing stronger day by day.  Now it is time for you and your interests to come first.  This is not selfishness.  As your interests are handled, you are more in a position to help others.  This is the time (and over the next few months) to make the changes that need to be made in your circumstances.  You have the energy and wherewithal to do it.  You don’t need to consult anyone.  Take responsibility for your own happiness.  Let the world conform to you.

Career is still the main headline this month.  Much progress and much success is happening.  Keep in mind that your career energy will tend to be strongest from the 1stto the 9th and from the 23rd onwards.

Health still needs watching until the 22nd.  So it is still important to get enough rest.  Health and energy will get much better after that.

Love is always important to a Libra, but especially now.  Your love life, and your social life, is the career, your spiritual mission this month.  You need to be there for the spouse, partner or current love, for friends too.  In many cases people are following a worldly career but the social life is the real calling – the highest priority.  This tends to lead to success.

You are attracted to people of power and prestige.  The love life is not just romantic, but it aids the career.  You are attracted to people who can help you career-wise.  Power is the most alluring thing right now.

Love opportunities happen online or as you get involved with groups, group activities and professional organizations.  Power and status are no longer so alluring; you want to have fun with the beloved.  Now you gravitate to those you can have fun with, to people who are enjoying their lives.  Mere ambition is less attractive.  You like a more egalitarian relationship.

Finances are still a bit stressful until the 22nd, but they will improve afterwards.  The 18th and 19th bring an especially nice payday.  Be cautious contemplating large purchases or investments at this time.

SCORPIO:

Health is excellent until the 20th, but afterwards you need to rest and relax more.  Fatigue seems the main problem – overwork.

 The career is very successful from the 22nd onwards, but you’re earning every bit of it.  If you feel under the weather, heat-oriented therapies are good.  The steam room, sauna or hot bath – things that heat up the body and relax the muscles are beneficial.  Don’t become so busy that there is no time to get out in the Sun.  These health issues are short-lived and will pass next month.

The career is the main headline this month.  This is the focus and rightly so.  Home and family are always important these days, but you serve your family and increase your emotional well being by succeeding in your outer life.

Your good work ethic brings success.  Superiors make note of this.  It indicates much activity and aggressiveness in the career.  Competitive battles are being fought.  Good leadership is as important as your professional skills.  Your career abilities are enhanced.

Good sex covers many sins in a relationship.  The sexual chemistry is the main attraction, but it’s not everything.  Good communication seems important too.  Good communication these days is a form of sexual foreplay.  Sexual magnetism is important but so is the gift of the gab.  There is a happy romantic opportunity for singles on the 18th and 19th.  For those of you who are attached it shows a happy social experience. 

SAGITTARIUS:

Health and energy are very good now and should improve even further from the 20thonwards.  You have a good connection with the healing powers of the air.  If you do develop a health problem, check your love life and restore harmony there as quickly as you can.

Sagittarians are expansive kinds of people. Now it’s all about cutting back –removing waste, removing the things that block expansion.  It’s a time to ‘de-clutter the life.  Expansion will happen later on – after the 22nd.  Go through your possessions and take stock.  Are you holding on to things that you don’t use or need?  Get rid of them.  Do you have too many old bank accounts?  Old savings accounts?  Too many credit cards?  Close down the obsolete and excess.  There is a time to breathe out and a time to breathe in.  In order to give birth to the person we want to be the old one must die.  Birth and death are two sides of the same coin.  This is a month where you go deeper into these issues.

Much is written of Sagittarius’s love for travel, their love for the ‘jet set’ life.  Not so much is written of their love for theology and philosophy.  If one did a random survey of the ranks of the clergy, I would wager there would be a disproportionate percentage of Sagittarians there (or people strong in the sign).

Finances are OK as the month begins – nothing special one way or another, but they get really good from the 22nd onwards, until then use spare cash to pay off any debts.

CAPRICORN:

It is time to make the career push.  Time to take overt, physical actions to advance the career.  The time for interior work is over.  Dreams have to be implemented in physical ways.  Much success is happening.

You always have a good work ethic, but now even more so than usual this good work ethic will advance the career.  Good communication, good PR and advertising, will also advance the career.  It goes without saying that without good health, there is no career.  So this needs watching and you seem on the case.  We could say that staying healthy is your real mission this month. 

Love is the other major headline this month.  You’re still in the midst of a yearly love and social peak.  Many of the love trends that we wrote of last month are still in effect.  The attraction is to money people and to the sexual magnetism.

Your social magnetism is strongest from the 1st to the 9th and from the 23 onwards.

Health needs watching until the 22nd.  The most important thing is to get enough rest.  Enhance the health through eating right.

AQUARIUS:

The love attitudes and needs have shifted.  Emotional intimacy is again important.  You want someone you feel safe with to express your feelings.  Love has to have some therapeutic value to it.  The person who can relieve your emotional stress or discomfort is the one that attracts you.  Love is expressed through emotional support and through practical service to the beloved.  This is how you show love; and this is how you feel loved.

On the 22nd there will be another shift in love.  Love once again is about fun.  The joy aspect is alluring.  Love is also more romantic than usual.  The romantic niceties seem important – the flowers, the walks on the beach, the whispering of sweet nothings in the ear.

The social life is hyperactive.  There are more parties and gatherings, more social invitations, and more weddings to attend.  Love seems very happy now.  Singles have many romantic opportunities.

Your personal finances are excellent.

Health needs watching after the 20th.  Drive more defensively during that period.  There is nothing seriously wrong, but temporarily your overall energy is not up to scratch and this can create vulnerabilities.  So make sure to get more rest.

Self-assertion is not called for.  Cultivate the social skills and put others first.  Your own good will come to you through others.

PISCES:

Fun and joyful creativity are the order of the day.

 You are more moody about financial matters. In a good mood you’re richer than Bill Gates, in a bad mood you feel like a pauper.  You tend to spend based on mood as well.  If you are making important financial decisions or major purchases, sleep on things first.  Make sure you’re in a state of peace and harmony.  Then the decision or purchase will tend to be good. 

It is a wonderful transit for job seekers or those who hire others.  There are many opportunities.

Health is basically good, but you’re focused here. You can be overly focused if you’re not careful – there is a tendency to magnify little things into big things.  (For example, is this pimple on my face cancer?  Is this tightness in the chest a heart attack?)  Many of these little things arise not because of any serious pathology.  The best way to use this health focus is to set up constructive health regimes and diets.  It is a good idea to get into a healthier kind of lifestyle now and to stick to it.

Earnings will come from work, from the job, or from productive service to others.  You might still be speculating this period- but your work will produce the good luck.  You’re spending more on health and health gadgetry too.  You can also earn from the health field – opportunities will come.

There will be fickleness in love.  The love needs and love attitudes change quickly.  Someone who satisfied you early in the month might not satisfy you later on, as your needs have changed.  A place that was conducive to love early in the month is not so conducive later on.  On the other hand, it shows more dating and more social activity.  There is greater social confidence.  Love happens in ‘fun’ places – at resorts, the movies, the theatre or park.  From the 6th to the 16th love may happen at the workplace or with people you work with. 

ARIES:

“Cater to your base’ – the home, your family and your emotional life.  You become more nostalgic.  You remember – vividly – old, seemingly obscure events.  The dream life becomes more active and you feel a need o ponder your dreams’ meanings.  The urge to probe the unconscious and emotional side of life – the interior life – is stronger than the pulls of the outer world.  (It is forcing you to become emotionally healthier and more stable so that future career progress can happen.  Every now and then we have to go backwards in order to go forward this is one of those times.

There are other good reasons to focus more on the emotional life.  Health is not what it should be and still needs watching.  Overall your energy is not what it should be.  Interior activity requires less energy than outer activity.

Continue to enhance the health by resting more, spending quiet times at home.  Diet is very important at this time. 

Schedule more leisure activities with the children and family.  Laugh more.  Joy itself is a powerful healing therapy these days.

Your health will start to improve dramatically after the 20th.  Perhaps some pill, herb or therapist will get the credit for this, or some miracle diet or suppplement.  ‘But the truth of the matter is that the planetary power shifted in your favour.

Finance is becoming less important this month.  Financial goals – the short-term ones anyway – are more or less achieved and your focus is elsewhere.  A nice payday and happy romantic meetings for singles this month.

TAURUS:

You’re back in your normal sphere.  The month ahead is prosperous.  Great focus on the finances – which is 90 per cent of the battle.  We get what we focus on.  You spend on yourself and adopt an image of wealth.  Personal appearance seems ultra-important in earnings.  Be careful not to let the ego get too involved in finance though – anything that distorts the judgement is a problem.

Good marketing advertising and PR are very important.  Family support should be good.  You’ll probably be spending more on the home and family too.

You may feel like more of a risk-taker in financial matters, more speculative.  This is not a good time to think that way.  The act of moneymaking is more enjoyable than usual.

By the 22nd focus is on home, family and your emotional well being.  Interestingly, these interests help the career- in a direct kind of way.  Next month the focus will be even stronger.  The powers that be seem to approve of a good family and domestic life.

Emotional wellness and harmony is the dominant factor in life.  If that is happening everything else will fall into place.  But if there is discord, nothing much will work out.

This is a good period – after the 20th – to do renovations in the home.  However, the health becomes more delicate.  Make sure to get enough rest.

GEMINI:

Another happy and prosperous month for Gemini.  It indicates confidence, the ability to cover a lot of territory and quick progress.  Health and energy are good. “Give me health and a day,” says Emerson ‘and I will make the pomp of emperors ridiculous.’  He means that with good health the splendour is all around us, right where we are.  And this is the case for you now.

Finances are still an important priority this month.  You’re still in the midst of a yearly financial peak and you shine in the area of finances.  Keep in mind that you’ll have more enthusiasm and greater financial power from the 1st to the 9th and from the 23rdonwards.

Short-term financial goals will be achieved and you can move on to your main interest in life, communication and intellectual interests.  Many people erroneously seem to believe that finance is the be-all and-of all of life.  But you should know better.  Finance is important; it is a means to an end, but not an end in itself.  It buys us the freedom to do what we really enjoy and to grow intellectually and spiritually.

Do what you most love doing, to focus on your area of greatest excellence: communication, reading and studying, teaching, writing, using your intellectual gifts.  The only problem could be overdoing a good thing.  You could be thinking and talking too much more than is necessary.  This can impact on your health (although not right away).  It can cause insomnia and nerve problems.  So use your intellectual skills, but don’t abuse them.

Love looks happy this month.  Marriage is not likely – nor is it advisable.  You are attractive to the opposite sex.  Do things that you enjoy – that you love to do and love will find you there.
